A high concentration ( 50%) of Baltic amber fused in walnut oil for use as a general painting medium or as a varnish for musical instruments. Amber Varnish contains no driers, is solvent free and is all natural.
This varnish produces a beautiful, very elastic, highly strong, transparent, warm and resistant film. It gives an optimum result to be combined with pigments, dyes and on glazes. It makes the colours brighter and gives depth, luminosity and incomparable solidity.

This varnish produces a beautiful, very elastic, highly strong, transparent, warm and resistant film. It gives an optimum result to be combined with pigments, dyes and on glazes. It makes the colours brighter and gives depth, luminosity and incomparable solidity.

Professional use. Natural Baltic Amber varnish without siccative. Delute it in a way you feel comfortable. There are two approaches possible. A slow drying approach whereby less driers are used but including the use of a UV light box. faster drying time with the use of a higher ratio of driers. Different driers work at different speeds. We advise to do some tests before doing the final application.
